Terms & Refund Policy

Welcome to Watch Me Walk (the “Site”), a personal sponsorship page operated by Felecia Howlett Stivers (“Felecia,” “I,” “me,” or “we”) to support her preparation for a bikini fitness competition on December 12, 2026. By sponsoring, making a gift, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What sponsorships are

Sponsorships and gifts are a way to support Felecia’s personal training journey and receive the perks described for each package. They are not donations to a charitable organization and are not tax-deductible. No goods or services are guaranteed beyond the perks listed for the package you choose.

2. Packages, pricing & billing

  • Signature Supporter — $29, one-time.
  • VIP Sponsor — $19 per week, recurring.
  • Inner Circle Sponsor — $29 per week, recurring (limited spots).
  • Legacy Stage Sponsor — $249, one-time.
  • Skip the Fluff! — a custom, one-time gift amount you choose.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Recurring memberships (VIP and Inner Circle) renew automatically at the stated interval until they are canceled or until December 31, 2026, whichever comes first, after which they end automatically. You will not be charged for any recurring period that falls after the competition and cannot be fulfilled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each period until you cancel.

3. Signature deadline

If your package includes your signature or a message on the competition robe, it must be submitted through your sponsor lounge by December 5, 2026. Submissions received after that date may not make it onto the robe in time for the competition.

4. Delivery of perks

Digital perks (updates, posing videos, digital gifts, Q&A, thank-you messages, and photo sets, where included) are delivered through your private sponsor lounge after you sign in with the email you used at checkout. Delivery is made on a reasonable-effort basis around a real training and competition schedule; exact timing may vary. Access to lounge content continues for the duration of your membership or, for one-time packages, as described for that package.

5. Content standards

All content is tasteful and fitness-focused. Nude or suggestive content is never provided as part of any package or gift, regardless of amount.

6. Cancellations & refunds

  • Recurring memberships: you may cancel at any time, which stops all future billing. Cancellation does not refund periods that have already been billed and whose content has been made available.
  • One-time packages: because perks are prepared and delivered digitally, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the perk has been prepared or made available. If something goes wrong or a promised perk is not delivered, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right, which may include a refund.
  • Custom gifts (Skip the Fluff): these are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; any refund is returned to your original payment method. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time secure link sent to your email — there is no password to manage. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use & intellectual property

Sponsor content is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly post, resell, or share lounge content (including videos and photo sets) without written permission. All content remains the property of Felecia.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Nothing here is medical, fitness, nutritional, financial, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
